MEMORY VERSE: And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  Genesis 1:3 BIBLE READING: James 1:17 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. MESSAGE Let there be light” could mean “Let the darkness of sin disappear” because sin is a terrible form of Darkness. No one can possess the pure light except from God, the Father of lights. The reason is that man was sold to the darkness of sin as a result of the fall at Eden. However, God provided salvation for mankind through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ.
